Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 14 days’ notice for a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of service commencement will result in a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before service commencement are non-refundable.

The Leadership Academy has a strict no-refund policy once training has begun, unless otherwise negotiated.
